I’ve been through several really good books recently, (The Mythical Alliance series by Claire Luana, narrated by Olivia King is one of my favorites at the moment), and some that I got through and I want to finish the series even though I didn’t really love them for weird reasons (The Manderley Academy series by Steffanie Holmes–I need to know what happens next even though there are things that really annoyed me about it). I want every author to be able to have their books in that format, because it opens up their stories to a whole new kind of readership that is desperate for a new adventure. I still get my escape! I still get to travel! I still get to adventure, and fall in love, and beat the bad guy! And I get to do it while I’m on the move. I’m missing reading, but I do so love to listen, too. My entire salvation summed up in two words. You know what’s kinda great about delivering food for hours a day? Between narrating nonstop (good news, but still stressful), and finishing up my second novel (also good news, and still stressful), I have been mostly absent from everything! I haven’t even been able to read like I want to, because when I’m not doing book stuff, I’m working with GrubHub. Hello my darling Book Fiends! How are you, lovelies?
